Zero is an adorable and unique take on The Nightmare Before Christmas, and a fun Halloween read!
While it’s definitely a dark romance set in a circus/traveling carnival, it’s nowhere near as dark as À La Folie by Nova Kane nor Satan’s Affair by H. D. Carlton.
I honestly love the twist on Boogie and the relationship between King & Boogie, but would’ve totally enjoyed a longer piece where everything (characters, spice, world building, romance growth, etc) was explored more fully. Zero almost feels like a ‘proof-of-concept’ piece and I just want so much more from this world!
