What a fantastic debut novel from a hilarious Bookish influencer.
The Other Brother is a cute rom-com with some nice spice sprinkled in. While it’s got some mild angst, The Other Brother succeeds at resolving drama by giving the main characters delightful, clever supporting characters.
Tierney Page tends to make me laugh with her book reviews, so it’s no surprise she can get me to laugh in her book – that said, there were some gloriously funny moments at the most unexpected times, which only adds charm to Page’s writing style.
The Other Brother is highly recommended if you like a more traditional story (even when the romance is “forbidden”) sprinkled with spice and a bit of angst.
