BOOKS: Vows In Corruption by Jocelyne Soto – Review via GoodLittleLibraryMouse

To be honest, Vows in Corruption was disappointing for me. With a billionaire, boss/employee, fake marriage romance, the set up was a great starting point, but this book missed the mark.
That said, I have a feeling that if I’d read this author before, or was familiar with their previous stories in this universe, I might’ve loved this a lot. But as a newbie, this wasn’t for me.
I felt like he was described as “ruthless” but that didn’t really come into play, she wasn’t really corrupted since she wasn’t all that innocent to begin with, and there was a hint of darkness with mentions of ties to mafia people – whom I can only assume are from other books by this author – but it’s unclear for a new reader and wasn’t really unexplored.
