The 51st Annual Saturn Awards was a star-studded affair which honored huge names in the world of sci-fi, fantasy and horror movies and television. Dedicated to the Memory of Lance Reddick, his John Wick co-star Keanu Reeves receives the very first Lance Reddick Legacy Award, presented to him by Titus Welliver star of Bosch and Bosch: Legacy. Additional celebrations for the night included Star Trek in many forms, including Star Trek: TNG and Picard.
We were on hand for the awards, which are voted on by the Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy & Horror, speaking directly with presenters, nominees and other talent about what it means to them to be attending, and the significance of having award shows that honor sci-fi, fantasy and horror.
Check out our chat with director James Cameron below, as well as interviews with Saturn Award winner Nicolas Cage, Agents of SHIELD alum Ming-Na Wen, Guardians of the Galaxy‘s Sean Gunn, Vampire Diaries veteran Paul Weasley, and more, on the FANVERSATION channel.
